2. Exterior log trim and hand peeled log tie-beams
3. Tyvek House Wrap, wall insulation an Sashco Log Builder caulk
4. Roof system with rafters or trusses and R-38 insulation, 1/2" OSB roof sheathing
5. Laminate shake shingles, aluminum soffit / steel fascia roof edge, 2' overhangs, winter ice barriers
6. Thermatru steel entry door with lock set and deadbolts, Semco low-E windows and patio doors
7. Treated deck frame, posts and 5/4" planks with peeled pine posts, spindles and rails (if included)
8. Knotty pine 1"x8" tongue & groove interior first floor walls, ceiling and trim
9. 36" wood burning fireplace with custom, hand peeled log fireplace mantle, cultured stone / hearth stone & mortar fireplace chase
10. Pre-hung solid pine 6 panel doors, bi-fold and pocket doors, stair stringers, treads and risers
11. Kitchen and bath cabinets, sinks and faucets, fiberglass tub
